Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally from our Nottingham HQ, except to some remote areas in Asia. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods designed for surfers:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch – perfect when you need gear fast
- Free Shipping (orders over £50 via EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch – great for budget-conscious surfers planning ahead
How are surfboards packaged for shipping?
We take board protection seriously! All surfboards ship in premium padded bags, while fins are packed in crush-proof packaging. Wetsuits are carefully folded with tissue to prevent creasing during transit.
When will my order arrive?
All orders ship within 1-2 business days from our Nottingham warehouse. Delivery times then depend on your location and shipping method:
- Standard: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Simply contact our customer team at [email protected] to initiate returns. Important: For hygiene reasons, wetsuits and rash vests must be returned unworn with original tags attached.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
